Apostle Shirley C. White is the daughter of  Mother Gladys P. Beaman and the late Cleophas Croom and is the granddaughter of Bishop John Quincy Croom, one of the founders of the First Born Church of the Living God, Inc. and the founder and builder of the Holiness Church of the Living God, now known as the Love Center Holiness Church of the Living God, Incorporated. a/k/a the  Love & Worship Center Church.

She is as a graduate of Quinn High School in Apalachicola, Florida and Drake School of Business in New York, and the Undenominational Bible Institute of New Bern North Carolina where she later received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity.  Her secular employment history includes more 30 years as a telecommunications operator in New York, North Carolina and Florida and an administrative assistant at Apalachicola High School.

Apostle White is the Pastor Emeritus of the Love and Worship Center Church of the Living God in which she and the Late Bishop Daniel White pastored for nearly 25 years before she became the General Overseer. Her ministry spans over 50 years.   Apostle White is an Apostle in deed and flows in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His leading.

The wife of the late Bishop Daniel White for more than 43 years  and mother of four:  Daniel White, III, Bishop Sheila (L.D.) White Martin, the Senior Pastors of the Love & Worship Center Church; Prophetess  Temolyn (Bobby) Wintons, and  Mark Anthony(Stephanie) White.   

She is a trained & certified Christian Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors and provides Spiritual Counseling to Church Leaders, Governmental Officials and aspiring leaders. Apostle the author of several publications and leadership manuals of which include:  Wisdom for the Journey (A guide to pastor pastoring small churches); So Much More I & II.  Apostle White  is also a certified teacher in the Gifts of the Spirit through Christian International under Dr. Bill Hamon.

Apostle White’s resume include being the founder of Franklin County Belong To Jesus Prayer Network,  the visionary of the Apalachicola Community March and Moving Band, Love Center Christian Academy, Apalachicola Community Outreach Choir, Apalachicola Community Development Corporation, “Love On The Air” television broadcast and now Love Center School of Ministry.  She is the coordinator and featured host of the “Love in the Air” Radio Broadcast  for more than 15 years on WOYS Radio 100.5 FM.

Apostle White is an affiliate member of IMPACT Network and is under the Apostolic Covering of Apostle John Eckhart, and Covenant Partner with the Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Forth Worth, Texas.  In 2005,  she was ordained as the General Overseer of the Love Center Ministries Worldwide which is a network of 10  churches in Apalachicola, Carrabelle, Crawfordville, Quincy, Panama City,   Orlando, Florida; Dothan Alabama and Wilmington, North Carolina and provides Apostolic Covering  for numerous ministries and is still birthing new ministries.

As an anointed conference & seminar speaker, Apostle O’Neal conducts Apostolic and Leadership Training through the Love Center School of Ministry and through other ministry venues such as VENT events and “A More Excellent Way Leadership Training Sessions.

 

On January 3rd,  Apostle White was blessed by Almighty God to celebrate her 80th  Birthday.  Her longevity is inspired through her Aunt, Bishop Ella Speed who recently celebrated her 100th Birthday.
